ThreatCon for 31 October 2015

Obvious concern:  Will the Ahmed Mohamed “clock boy”  Halloween costume desensitize Americans to a potential threat?

If a suicide bomber decides to wear a NASA T-shirt, a dangling set of cheap handcuffs and carry a briefcase with wires will you report a concern to your local authorities?

How many hoax bomb costumes will be sold between now and October 31st?

Will you answer your door to such an individual and pass along a few treats?

Or will anyone be on the receiving end of a very nasty trick?

Will this costume be allowed within the corridors of area shopping malls which court the Halloween crowds?

I think it should be banned.

Is the threat real or is the threat perceived?

Acts of terror begin with flights of fancy.

Think about this issue.
