Quick Morning Note regarding

The Last English Prince is part of a power blog, “Infidel Bloggers Alliance”

Opening the page this morning, I noted this post:

Giving a window into the mind of a killer

This quote from the spree killer was of great interest to me, because the thought comes from the Qur’an and is related to Seerah literature.

“I’m ready to do whatever I need to do in the name of Allah. I am ready in the name of Allah to do what needs to be done, including killing my own mother.”

You need to know two names and one ayat to understand where this thought comes from:

The names are:

Abdullah ibn al-Jarrah (father)

Abu Ubaydah     (son of al-Jarrah)

The reference is:

Surah al-Mujadilah 22

This correspondence, comes from an Al Qaeda loyalist in Chicago (he is now deceased).

In a battle engaged by Muhammad against the “Polytheists” Abdullah ibn al-Jarrah had his life taken by the hand of his own son.  After Abu Ubaydah killed his own father in battle, the following was revealed by Allah:

“You will not find any people who believe in Allah and the Last Day, loving those who resist Allah and his Messenger, even though they were their fathers, or their sons, or their brothers, or their kindred.  For such hath he written Faith in their hearts, and strengthen them with a Spirit from Himself.  And he will admit them to gardens beneath which rivers flow, to dwell therein (forever).  Allah will be well-pleased with them, and they with Him.  They are the party of Allah.  Truly it is the party of Allah that will achieve felicity.”  Surah al-Mujadilah 22

I dedicated my white paper, _Rise as One Man: Islam in the 21st century” to Abdullah ibn al-Jarrah.  The release date for the aforementioned was February 20, 2009
