For a horse to bolt, is one thing. For a highly trained military horse to bolt and run for six miles, brings additional concerns.

Millimeter wave technology can be used as an active denial system. It can be used to cordon crowds. I wrote about the health risks for the Marine Corps Gazette. This, is not that. This was beyond the average “spook”. Which technology creates the bolt factor? It will be an acoustic weapon – if this is the case. Just musing this morning and sharing my thoughts.
